VDroom is a platform that enables you to create virtual reality websites for hotels, rental apartments and holiday resorts, for the viewing pleasure of all VR glasses users. The websites, and the properties presented on them, are search engine friendly, which increases the potential traffic to the website.

The unique VR experience will improve the way that the properties are viewed and their overall user experience, and in turn, increases the conversion rate.

Today, property owners only present their properties with pictures and videos. No solution exists that enables them to display them in VR, which prevents potential users from getting the valuable information that they so often seek in order to make informed decisions. Recent research suggests that images affect 69% of user’s decision when making a reservation. Now, thanks to VDroom, users will be able to really see and experience the rich live tour of the property, which will lead to more reservations.

 

Today, a property owner interested in increasing his bookings via VR, needs to pay a camera crew, and choose and install an application on which to edit and display the images. This is both time consuming and costly. Additionally, the user experience with these applications onto are very limited.

The Button:

VDroom will provide hotels and other property owners with the option to use a private label button (“View in VR”) which will enable their users to view their properties in VR, thus increasing their conversion rates. The use of the button will be done via their existing websites, and will lead the users to the unique VR websites created specifically for the property owners. This feature will include an interface for platforms such as booking.com and the likes.

Business Model:

At present, there is no easily available content in the  VR world, which is why our model, just like Wix, is to enable property owners to create a VR website.

The cost of establishing a website. At the second stage, we intend to also profit from clicks on a unique VR button which we intend to place on all the leading online booking websites in the world, for example Booking.com.

Another business revenue is receiving percentages of orders or visits made via the platform/VR websites

Michal Hubschmann is an Israeli entrepreneur who was an professional athlete all her life. Her biggest achievement was winning an youth European championship in long jump. After her sport career and serving the Israeli army, she studied hotel management and worked in several significant hotels in Tel-aviv and London. She founded her first company, Easytobook.com - an online booking reservation system, in 2004 in the Netherland. Michal sold this first company in 2011 to one of the largest travel companies in the world- BCD Travel. At that time, the company had 80 employees and a turnover of EUR 100 mil. Michal Is one of the International Circle of Influencers at Start up Delta Start Up Delta is a governmental initiative to support the Dutch government to improve the start up ecosystem
