Up until now, the approach to the most profitable investments was inaccessible  the public -  the entrance fees were high, the contracts were complex, the shares were not liquid, and the negotiations with the companies, designed to ensure a good deal, were a long and expensive process.  All these led to the fact that those who benefited the most from the start-up nation were a small group of investors. But now everybody can!

ExitValley is a crowd-investing platform that changes the game rules in the world of investments in early stages startups and small businesses.  ExitValley has created a new reality in which Israeli startups can easily be established and raise money to facilitate their activity, while making it possible and simple for everybody to invest in these startups in consideration for shares, thereby becoming part of the success.

How it works:

Entrepreneurs create a fixed period fundraising campaign, where they wish to raise a sum of money in consideration for the allotment of a particular percentage of shares in the company.  The investors examine campaigns that interest them, and choose how much to invest.  If the fundraising campaign reaches the pre-defined fundraising target, the deal will go ahead – the company will receive the investment funds and the investors will receive the shares.  If the fundraising campaign does not reach the pre-defined fundraising target, the investors will receive all their money back.  We supply the entire legal infrastructure for the deal, ensuring fair and standard deal conditions for entrepreneurs and investors.

  • The fundraising process is integral, speedy and simple – within 30 days, the entrepreneurs will know whether they have succeeded in raising funds.
  • ExitValley supplies entrepreneurs with a platform which exposes you not only to a large crowd of new investors, but also allows you to better utilize your existing communities of potential investors - your friends and family, Facebook/LinkedIn friends,  and your other close communities.

By doing so, we have successfully eliminated the need for long and exhausting negotiations between these two groups and maximized the feasibility for an investment transaction.  
  • It is not necessary to wait until the exit in order to sell the shares – up until now, the absolute majority of startups investors were unable to sell their shares before an M&A / IPO. At ExitValley, you may sell your shares starting from 3 month after the purchase date. We provide you with all the required infrastructure to make it simple.
  • The crowd wisdom will assist in analyzing the investment possibilities – we supply the investors with a variety of tools to assist in making the investment:  all the company's relevant data is displayed on the website in a convenient and friendly way, you can contact the entrepreneurs and ask all the relevant questions concerning the investment, consult with other investors on the site, follow leading investors, and share interesting investments.
  • Transparency also after the investment – after the fundraising has been successfully completed, a special company page will be available on the platform.  This page will only be available to the company's investors, and its aim is to permit the management of the connection between the investors and the company.  Relevant notices, invitations to shareholders meetings, performance reports that the company is committed to etc. shall be published in this area.
