1. Now you can be a partner– Crowdfunding platforms have paved the way and created a powerful community that supports and funds excellent ideas. However, they have NEVER offered an investment that allows partnership, and if the project you invested in became a world success, all you were left with was a thank you card or in the best case, the product that you pre-purchased. this model is called reward-based crowdfunding.
At ExitValley, we have combined the familiar crowdfunding with the world of investments. Thus, we have created a real Crowd-Investing platform that allows everybody to invest in attractive Israeli startups and small businesses in consideration for shares.
Now you can be part of the next exit.
2. The market is Huge – During 2014, the crowdfunding industry reached a total fundraising amount of approximately 10 billion dollars and expected to grow to 17 billion dollars in 2015 (Source: The Tabb Group). All of this when the investors/backers are not partners in the success.
Just imagine how big this market is expected to grow when crowdfunding evolves into crowdinvesting.
3. A startup's opportunity with a perfectly reasonable risk.
4. A winning team – Beyond the fact that ExitValley's team is an experienced team specializing in each one of the central aspects required to the company in order to succeed. Above half of our team members have a considerable amount of exit transactions on their resume.
Yaniv Shiryon, Yaron Adler, Oded Federbusch, Naschitz Brandes Amir, Dani levy communications, Yoel Ettedgi, Shahar Shraga, Nir Meital and more.
Essence of the concept:
Waze, Viber and Wix are only part of the success story of the Israeli hi-tech industry. During the last decade, more than 750 Israeli startups made exits that lined the investors' pockets with more than 50 billion dollars!
Up until now, the approach to the most profitable investments was inaccessible the public - the entrance fees were high, the contracts were complex, the shares were not liquid, and the negotiations with the companies, designed to ensure a good deal, were a long and expensive process. All these led to the fact that those who benefited the most from the start-up nation were a small group of investors. But now everybody can!
ExitValley is a crowd-investing platform that changes the game rules in the world of investments in early stages startups and small businesses. ExitValley has created a new reality in which Israeli startups can easily be established and raise money to facilitate their activity, while making it possible and simple for everybody to invest in these startups in consideration for shares, thereby becoming part of the success.
Our vision is:
We believe that by creating a fair and simple alternative for both entrepreneurs and investors, the public investing in startups will grow in an unprecedented manner and entrepreneurs will have the genuine possibility of realizing excellent ideas that will in turn create a lot more Israeli successes.
How it works:
Entrepreneurs create a fixed period fundraising campaign, where they wish to raise a sum of money in consideration for the allotment of a particular percentage of shares in the company. The investors examine campaigns that interest them, and choose how much to invest. If the fundraising campaign reaches the pre-defined fundraising target, the deal will go ahead – the company will receive the investment funds and the investors will receive the shares. If the fundraising campaign does not reach the pre-defined fundraising target, the investors will receive all their money back. We supply the entire legal infrastructure for the deal, ensuring fair and standard deal conditions for entrepreneurs and investors.
