About a year and a half ago, we met you here and announced that we aim to bring about a significant change in the investment marketplace by creating the opportunity for entrepreneurs to raise funds in a simple and friendly way, and open the door to investing in startups for everyone.

ExitValley was the first platform in the market, successfully changing the fund raising landscape in Israel. For the very first time we created a new source of unlimited capital for entrepreneurs - The everyday investor. ExitValley now provides access to investment opportunities for every home in Israel, with an ever growing community having already invested in start-ups through our platform.

We set up ExitValley with a clear intention of going global by developing generic platform that will allow us to scale effectively. Alongside the expansion of our activity in Israel, we are currently finalizing the development of our UK platform – Making ExitValley UK the first Israeli Crowdinvesting platform to operate outside of Israel.

ExitValley is currently focused on an investment round of up to $ 500,000. Our UK platform will enable companies that have previously raised funds through ExitValley as well as other new company campaigns to raise Seed to Round A capital investment from an unlimited number of investors.

The current average time for exiting an investment deal is 7 years. ExitValley has been able to understand that access to liquidity provides a significant advantage for investors. In recent months, we have developed a system of specializations for a secondary market, creating a portal for potential investors and existing shareholders. The Secondary Market will enable shareholders to potentially realize the value of their investments at the time and price of their choosing, should another investor wish to purchase their holding. In today's marketplace, very few Crowdinvesting platforms offer such a solution.

A former financial markets professional with over 20 years’ experience as a trader and broker. After a decade in the London Futures Exchange, primarily servicing Merrill Lynch’s hedge fund clients, Max traded equities, indices, FX and statistical arbitrage models as a portfolio manager at London hedge fund GLC. Max is also a business consultant focusing on early stage companies in the UK, US and Israel.
